Happy Pride Month and Men's Mental Health Month.

This month is a reminder to celebrate who we are, support one another, and create a world where everyone feels seen, valued, and accepted.

No matter who you are, how you identify, or who you love, you are valid. You matter, and you deserve happiness.

If you're struggling with your mental health, please remember that you don't have to face it alone. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and there are people who care about you.

Most importantly, I want you to know that I'm proud of you.

I'm proud of you for being yourself. I'm proud of you for making it through the difficult days. I'm proud of you for continuing to move forward, even when it's hard.

No matter your gender, your sexuality, your identity, or where you are in life, you deserve respect, kindness, and the freedom to be who you are.

Started my day with a run as usual, went to work, went to the gym. Something feelt off all day. Like everything went a little to well. As soon as I came home....
