Pump it Up! Oversoul Embodiment

Imagine a Sphere of Light *ABOVE* Your Head. Now, For each (Natural/slow) INHALE (Through the nose) imagine you "draw" in the Light (From the Sphere of Light from Above) *WITHIN* yourself, *Filling your whole INNER WORLD* with *more and more Light* and, for each inhale SENSE the Light From the Sphere of Light (From Above) *Flowing down*, *Filling your inner-world* with *more and more *Light*, and for each (Natural/slow) EXHALE (Through the mouth) SENSE the INNER LIGHT/Consciousness-Field (from Within) *EXPANDING* more and more (All around you)... This is Oversoul Embodiment 101.
