Slowly/naturally breath IN through the High Heart/nose (then) at the same time notice the air flow Down (to the area below the navel) 2. as you slowly/naturally exhale through the High Heart/mouth, and notice the air flow UP (from the area below the navel) flowing UP filling the whole area of the brain/Crown...

Why is the High Heart "The Captain" or "The Chief" (of your vessel)? Well? The High Heart is the Captain/Chief of your vessel because That is the point of "The Divine Soul" (The True individuality) "The Real Self" (The Akh-soul) in contrast to the "The Soul" (The Ba-soul) which is "The Heart", the center of the "personality" that is? "memory, thought, intelligence, reason" and so on... (formed from "external events" and "life circumstances"), That is? "The Ba-soul" according to Ancient Egyptian mytology (which is *Not* "The true individuality" or "The True Soul")...but? the "High Heart" which is the "Akh-soul" (That is *The DIVINE SOUL*: The True Self/The True individuality) Which is the *POINT OF UNION* (in between) "The Soul" ("The Ba-soul"/personality/The Heart) and "The Spirit" ("The Ka-soul"): "The Vital essence/Life force energy" Located below the navel...
