Sleepwalking

Hittade en i mitt block faktiskt som jag skrev för ett tag sen mitt i natten.

Never enough my present is.
Wind back the clock and my future was bliss.
I hear the tide is turning.
But my whole world is burning.

Calling out with my own voice.
Returning echos gives me no choice.
I will fight this thunder now and alone.
This feeling of determination rattles my bones.

This is the end of my old chapter.
In my hands are no more disaster.
Clasping my face with my shivering hands.
My conscience speaks clearly, there are no more demands.
My chains are broken.
