Undefinable

I've been the weird, shy, silent geek my whole life. I grew up with the Addams family as my favorite cartoon, "the little vampire" as one of my favorite book series, had an artistic mom and sat on my dad's lap while he read LOTR at age 5.

I was doomed to be the odd one. I've heard that I have big eyes, small eyes, big nose, short nose, fish lips, unibrow and elf ears(yes, my ears are pointy, live with that). I've been the short, fat kid, and guess what....I still am. Okay, a little bit taller(still only 1.52 though) and a little bit slimmer. But still when I meet "the cool kids" from junior high at the stores or the gym, I automatically shrink back to be the 14 year old, fat worthless geek.

I still sit sometimes in front of the mirror and ask myself "What's weird about me?". "Is it my eyes, my nose, do I have a unibrow, do I look manly? AUCH! plucking those brows really hurts!". I become insecure about my weight at age 9, which is not healthy, and I began looking at plastic surgery and prices at age 14. I'm still not comfortable in my own skin at age 20, but I'm comfortable begin the odd one. It has made me the person I am today. And why switch my weird, undefinable face with someone else's?
