De har skrivit att de har fått sån massiv respons på F2P att de har fått in väldigt mycket support frågor och försöker fixa allt så småningen men att de har asmycket att göra nu typ.

fast grejen till att dom har lockat freya(more or less) är ju för att dom vill sprida ut spelare lite så att alla servrar blir medium och inte bara 2 - 4 som är high.

det är inget som går att "fixa" det handlar om att folk vill spela med sina polare + ha en aktiv server.

Men så är det väl på alla MMOs ändå att serverar blir lockade pga den anledningen?

Questions regarding TERA-Club, missing club membership items, Redeeming GameTimeCards

The TERA club items are by default sent to one random character of your account on the respective server. You can send them to your other characters via the bank system.

The items itself can be found in the item claim menu ingame:
1. Open the game menu by hitting ESC or ALT
2. Select Activities and then Item Claim
3. Select the item that you would like to withdraw and collect it from your inventory.

Managing your TERA club membership as well as redeeming game time cards can be done directly in the club membership sections ingame.
- Log in to your TERA account that you would like to manage
- Open the TERA Shop via the game menu (ESC or ALT) and select “TERA Club”
- Within the “TERA Club” section you can manage your Club Membership and redeem GameTimeCards via the “redeem coupon” section

The most common issue with the launcher are based on installation problems. This can be fixed most of the time by completely uninstalling and reinstalling of the game. It is most important to launch the launcher/game as Administrator and make sure that all folders containing TERA files are set with write-permission, so the game can update properly.


Login Waiting Queue, Veteran Status and server transfers
To cope with the high amount of new players we opened up addition servers, in addition to that we are closely monitoring the server capacity and load and will continue to work on stabilizing especially during Nexus times.
Please note that the preferred queue placement is only available to Veteran users. You can upgrade your free member account to Veteran by getting your hands on a Standard or Collectors Edition game key which can be purchased in certain local retail and also online game stores.

We are currently not offering server transfers, but this feature will be implemented in the near future – please check back to our news section on the official TERA Europe website and our forum, which offers all current news and updates at https://forum.tera-europe.com

If your inquiry could not be solved with the solutions offered on our FAQs and forum, please send us a new ticket with reference to your problem and supply us with the following information:

- Which error affects you? (detailed error description, screenshots are helpful)
- Which account is affected? (please make sure that the mentioned e-mail address is listed in your support account)

Jag skriver tre inlägg i rad ifall jag nu känner för det.
jo. det har inträffat att serverar på t.ex wow har blivit lockade av character creation för att dom ska börja spela andra. och jag tror inte ens det handlar om att servern är full det handlar nog bara om att dom vill ha en mängd medium servrar istället för några som är high och många som är low. vilket suger mongokuk då alla jag är bekant med spelar på freya och nej, folk miggar inte bara för att en polare inte har tillgång till serverfanskapet.




baaaaah.. det suger hur som helst asmycket. servern jag sitter på nu är inte aktiv för fem öre och jag orkar inte rerolla på en med mer människor då jag inte är det minsta lilla instatt i vilka servrar som faktist har spelare på sig.
har förresten inte fått mina keys än vilket är frustrerande då sånt borde vara gjort på automatik men vad roligt då får jag flamea supporten lite!

Kul att försöka komma in på den, fucking server full ._.

Jag har karaktärer på lite allt möjligt. Mystic på Fraya, Sorcerer på Ishara, Archer på Veritas, Priest på Zuras, Slayer på Balder och Warrior på Arcadia. Just för att kunna välja lite och/eller om det är queue på min main (mystic) osv. Kanske lite cp av mig meneh D:

Tycker de borde införskaffa en "free migration"-applikation som i t.ex. WoW, när servrar börjar bli överbefolkade.
Jag skulle i alla fall använt det för att ta mig över till Arcadia.
