Realisation

Well, what can I say?
A nice walk, a cigarette. And some alone time thinking.
Raindrops falling off the trees on the leaf covered soil.
It may sound like beasts skulking in the forest, but its not.
I realise now after some trying times that it was my fault.
I'm the one to blame. Mostly.
The mind is a wonderful thing, making us think thoughts that may feel real, but are not.
Paranoia. Superstition.
I do things to look good in others eyes.
Wounding myself.
I will not any longer.
Oh, who am I kidding?
I will continue with that, of course.
Philosophy is in the mind, not in the writing.
And I can feel my sense of writing is pouring out, like out always does.

Keep things to yourself.
Hide your real emotions.
And don't trust anyone.
