forget regret,
breath
take a step at the time
keep you head high
knowledge is power
you are powerful
remember, roots can grow everywhere
trust yourself before others
be INDEPENDENT
when able, help others
but help yourself first

how come one can do all these and still hate oneself.?

because you cant forget any kind of regret.
breathing is as hard as living
steps are difficult when you want to stumble
it is so much easier to hide with your head down
there is never enough of it to make a difference
what is strength when doubt is in the picture
but the identity is essential for the psychological well being.
the words of others sound much more convincing then my own
It is so easy to let others make the choices
laziness is an illness that I'm constantly afflicted with
my friends and family need me more.

so many people that I know are like this.
I give advise wanted and unwanted but they are never heard ether way.
until life one way or another slaps them in the face.
