Real friendship

Once upon a time there were two best friends...one boy...one girl...

The girl suddenly had to go to the surgery...it was urgent...the doctors said that a heart transplant was necessary...but no one wanted to donate their heart...
The girl was sad and lay in the bed crying with the best friend sitting down on a chair to the right of the bed holding her hand...the boy suddenly started to cry...

The time for the surgery took place...the girl felt like it would be a relief...
But she couldn't see her best friend...anywhere...

The surgery went well...the girl survived....she felt okey...
She wanted to call her best friend...but no one answered...she ran around looking for him...she couldn't find him...
One day later...she called his parents...the parents were also crying...she asked why...they said...
"Didn't they tell you who donated the heart?" She couldn't believe it...she threw the phone at the floor screaming...

One day later...another friend gave her a note from the boy....
The note said...."I always told you that it belongs to you"
