What is the easiest way to lose weight in a good way?

Just got back from horse riding, was so fun.
Thinking about doing a horse jumping competion on the 20th.. but not sure yet.
Im awesome and jumping hahaha ;D
Welll Now i gunna go in the shower feels so good having 1 week holiday now!!
Ready to meet all my friends and have fun :D

I have so much on my mind right now, so much shit is going on.
I also feel like my feelings are all over the place..

I love him. I really do but he just wants me to replace him..
