The Higher Heart (The Sacred Heart/Thymus) is the *BASELINE* of the True Self: Breath/Meditation-practice: Breath IN through the HIGH HEART (Breath IN Through the nose/Breath IN Through the High Heart)... Then *Focus UPWARD* at the exhale through the mouth (as High as you can); Exhale through the mouth *and Focus UPWARD* (Towards the Brain/Thirdeye/Crown/Soulstar), as High as you can... Do This to Activate The True Self: The Higher Heart/Thymus (and connect the High Heart/Thymus to the Brain/Third Eye/Crown/Soulstar). This is the 5th Dimensional consciousness (High-Heart+Crown). The "Personality"(The False identity) is "The Heart", and the High Heart is the True Self.
