Why do you push me so??

I must stay strong for you. I must never show weakness. I must be the savior, the hero, the champion. Why can't you just let me be?? Why must I be someone I'm really not for you?? I know I can handle much but the pain you bring me is far too great. There's a handful of people I can trust and be weak around. I say I can handle it around them too since I'm used to it. But you know why they differ from you?? You know why they are real friends?? They say that it's not ok. They recognize that I've been strong for them and now they want to be strong for me. They say that they're there for me no matter what. I will stay strong before your eyes but when you're not looking I let the pain out and let the tears fall because I know that these people will have my back, catch my fall no matter what. I stick it out for myself because I know there's someone inside me who needs me. He relies on me as much as I rely on him. So to all of you that take me for granted, to all of you who think you can just turn to me whenever you feel like it: Fuck you! I have my own problems to take care of I don't need yours on top of it all. Thank you and goodnight!!
