They only sell alcohol until 20:00 and 18:00 saturday and (almost all stores) closed on sunday lol
Or you can only get a payment if you have norwegian personalnumber and to get that you need a home and a work. yeah and so on.. :)
Not the best thing in the world, but its so much money that I dont know what, about 16k kr every second weak.
